Children's Ministry
Beautiful Savior's Children's Ministry includes infants through sixth graders. There are many opportunities here for children to grow in Christ both through our church and Early Learning Center. We believe that our children are the future of the church, and we value their nurture and growth in the Christian faith!
We have excellent teachers in our Sunday school program, and all children are invited to participate in this exciting opportunity for Christian education and spiritual growth! In the summer we host a Lutherhaven Ministries Day Camp! We offer an early communion class for fifth and sixth graders. Other opportunities for children include acolyting, participating in our annual Christmas program, and monthly "family night" events for children to attend together with their families and friends.
Junior High Ministry
Junior high is a crucial time in the lives of young people. It is when their spiritual development takes off as they begin to have more questions and critical thinking directed towards Christianity. They start to take personal ownership of their faith as they continue to form their identity as Christians and prepare to take on the vows of Confirmation.
Our Junior High Ministry includes youth who are in seventh and eighth grade. We offer a two-year Confirmation program to junior high students, which includes attending an annual winter weekend retreat at Camp Lutherhaven in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho! We provide Sunday school class for all junior high students to enhance their Christian education in a way that is fun and meaningful. We participate in service and leadership opportunities, acolyting, and fellowship events. Our junior high youth even put on the occasional puppet show!
High School Ministry
High school is a defining period for youth in their lives as they transition into young adults. However, did you know that the biggest drop-off rate of youth in the church occurs during these years? Knowing this, we strive to nurture our high school students with age-appropriate fellowship events and exciting opportunities to learn and grown in their relationship with Christ in a way that is meaningful and applicable to their everyday lives!
